The VL blog

Turn Search Console questions into a useful answer

Your own queries can reveal what people expected from a page. They should prompt investigation, not an automatic publishing quota.

Read the query with its page

Check the selected property and period. A relevant query may need a different landing page. Little or missing data is not proof of no demand, and impressions are not a universal monthly search-volume estimate.

Choose improve, create or wait

Improve an existing explanation when that is enough. Create a resource when the decision is distinct and supported by real information. Wait for missing facts or clearer intent rather than multiplying overlapping pages.

Make factual review specific

Record the question, source period, intended reader and required business facts. Review actual supporting text. VL's operator inbox can prepare a source-bound sentence or ask a factual question, but real-query acceptance is still required before broader launch.
